Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Samsung's strategic goals in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and potential clients.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Lead negotiations and close agreements with partners and customers to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
  • Represent Samsung at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand presence.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English and Malay.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within Johor and occasionally beyond.
  • Existing network in the local business community is a strong advantage.
