Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new property partners in the Kuantan region to expand the OYO network.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with hotel owners and stakeholders.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiate commercial terms to convert leads into partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new properties.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team-based monthly acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and performance in the company CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or franchise acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality sector or property management business models.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
