Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with merchants across Bali
  • Conduct needs analysis and present customized POS system solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client businesses
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for POS system implementations
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with technical team to ensure seamless implementation of POS solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and business processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with POS systems or similar technology is a plus
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
