Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales/business development role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
- Strategic thinker with market research and competitive analysis abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
