Our company is a leading player in the retail finishing materials industry, specializing in the supply of premium granite, ceramic tiles, sanitaryware, and furniture. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for sales to help us expand our market presence and drive sustainable growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to increase our market share. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients in the retail and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to maximize profit margins.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to track performance and forecast future trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the construction, interior design, or building materials industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
