Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the industrial plant and service sector.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share in the Johor region and beyond.
- Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial inquiry to final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure project proposals are accurate and viable.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and present high-level sales reports and revenue forecasts to the executive management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven track record in business development or technical sales, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of industrial plant operations and service requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently as required to meet clients and visit project sites.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
