Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales management.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and generate actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
