PT SHANKEE DIGITAL HOSPITALITY is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our market penetration, identifying strategic partnerships, and scaling our digital solutions within the hospitality sector.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Indonesian hospitality market.
  • Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies to drive service adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with hotel owners, management chains, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and high-level presentations to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to refine our value proposition.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and progress reports for senior leadership.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B business development or enterprise sales, ideally within the hospitality, SaaS, or tech industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-growth environment.
  • Strong networking abilities with a pre-existing network in the hospitality sector is a significant advantage.
