Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets within the Real Estate sector.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute mergers and acquisition (M&A) opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, investors, and key industry influencers.
- Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and high-value contracts.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure the successful closing of deals.
- Prepare detailed business proposals, financial models, and presentations for stakeholders and investors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in Business Development, specifically within the Real Estate or Properti industry.
- Strong track record of success in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and strategic partnership development.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong network of contacts within the Indonesian property and investment market.
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and formulating actionable strategic plans.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
