We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, driving revenue growth, and establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the Indonesian market. If you have a passion for real estate and a talent for closing complex deals, we want to hear from you. You will work closely with the executive team to formulate and execute long-term business strategies that align with our vision to provide quality solutions for families.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets within the Real Estate sector.
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute mergers and acquisition (M&A) opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, investors, and key industry influencers.
  • Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and high-value contracts.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure the successful closing of deals.
  • Prepare detailed business proposals, financial models, and presentations for stakeholders and investors.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in Business Development, specifically within the Real Estate or Properti industry.
  • Strong track record of success in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and strategic partnership development.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong network of contacts within the Indonesian property and investment market.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data and formulating actionable strategic plans.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
