As a Quality Controller, you will play a critical role in the design and construction phases, guaranteeing that all mechanical systems meet rigorous technical specifications and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and construction teams to identify potential issues before they escalate, ensuring smooth project delivery and operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular and comprehensive inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards (SNI).
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built drawings to verify accuracy and quality before installation.
- Identify, document, and manage non-conformities or defects in construction work, ensuring timely rectification by contractors.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including civil and electrical engineers, to resolve technical queries and ensure integrated project quality.
- Ensure all quality control processes align with company protocols and client requirements for data center reliability.
- Manage the Quality Control documentation, including reports, checklists, and audit trails, to maintain project history.
- Perform site visits during critical installation phases to monitor workmanship and material quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in mechanical quality control, preferably within data center, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian national standards (SNI) and international quality management principles.
- Proficiency in using quality control software and CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence technical teams.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Professional Engineer (SIP) license is a plus.
