Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in financial services sector
- Strong understanding of gold investment, financing, and wealth management products
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
