Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the Jakarta region.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through strategic networking, cold calling, and partnership development.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to maximize long-term value.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights and optimize sales approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product management, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership to track progress and ROI.
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends in the telecommunications and technology sectors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and derive actionable conclusions.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a self-motivated work ethic.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required to meet business objectives.
