Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share in Selangor.
  • Identify and qualify new business leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales approach.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B business development or sales management.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
  • Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
