Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share in the Jakarta region.
- Identify and qualify new business leads, focusing on HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) and modern trade channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and account partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure effective product positioning and visibility.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report regularly on KPIs to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta market and established professional networks.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets in a competitive landscape.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and a result-oriented mindset.
