Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the food and beverage (F&B) and general trade sectors.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the target market.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with broader company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the F&B or general trade industry.
- Strong track record of meeting sales targets and successfully closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
