Sumber Karunia Sejahtera Group is seeking a dynamic, highly-motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving our market growth, identifying new business avenues, and establishing long-term strategic value for our brand in the region.

As a Business Development Manager, you will represent our organization in front of prospective clients, understand their complex business challenges, and articulate our services as the ultimate solution. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, sharp negotiation skills, and a deeply-rooted passion for relationship-building. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities and client accounts within the Balikpapan and wider East Kalimantan region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with newly acquired and existing clients, serving as their trusted business advisor.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual growth targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to keep abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal project, operations, and technical teams to craft tailored business proposals and presentations.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements to ensure high-margin profitability and compliance.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales forecasts, performance pipelines, and market feedback reports to senior leadership.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Account Management, preferably in B2B.
  • Strong, established network of business contacts and local market knowledge in Balikpapan and East Kalimantan.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully pitch, negotiate, and close deals with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for client alignment and prospective business acquisitions.
