Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, research, and evaluate new market opportunities to support long-term business growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to align service offerings with client needs and market trends.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and prospective clients.
- Lead complex negotiations to secure high-value partnerships and contracts.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract finalization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning roles.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue growth targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Professional network within the Jakarta business community is highly preferred.
