Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting AI and cybersecurity markets
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise and government sectors
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to align solutions with market needs
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years in B2B business development, preferably in AI or cybersecurity sectors
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, cybersecurity frameworks, and digital transformation
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in enterprise sales
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
