You will identify new business opportunities, build robust pipelines, and provide technical consultations to architects, consultants, and contractors. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand Samsung's market share in the commercial AC segment.
- Identify and qualify potential leads, including developers, mechanical and electrical (M&E) consultants, and main contractors.
- Provide expert technical advice and product presentations on Samsung's VRF, chiller, and HVAC solution portfolios.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to deliver accurate technical proposals and project quotations.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiations and closing.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the construction and property development industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B business development, ideally within the HVAC or building services industry.
- Deep understanding of technical specifications for commercial air conditioning systems (VRF, DX, Chiller systems).
- Strong network and existing relationships with M&E consultants, property developers, and contractors in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance regional team.
