Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for semiconductor product lines, specifically targeting the AMD portfolio.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and strategic partners.
  • Conduct deep market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technological shifts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure accurate product positioning and solution alignment.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to proposal submission and final contract negotiation.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analyses for senior management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of AMD products and their application in the current market landscape.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate complex product features to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
  • Self-motivated professional with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet client needs and attend regional industry events.
