Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to accelerate market share growth across the APAC region.
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate high-value prospect pipelines through strategic networking and lead generation.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial discovery and solution positioning to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Foster deep relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to align our solutions with regional customer needs.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to specific business requirements.
  • Monitor competitive landscapes and provide market intelligence to support product strategy and positioning.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of successful experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS business development, preferably within the APAC market.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed annual sales quotas and performance KPIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Proven capability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term relationships in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to support regional business activities.
