In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our premium travel brands, responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with travel agents, trade partners, and tour operators. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth within Singapore and target Asian markets.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new travel trade partners, including agencies and tour operators.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing travel partners to increase product adoption and sales revenue.
- Conduct professional presentations, webinars, and training sessions to educate trade partners on Railbookers' unique product offerings.
- Represent Railbookers Group at industry trade shows, networking events, and regional travel conferences.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable insights for product and marketing adjustments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular performance reporting to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Deep understanding of the Singaporean travel landscape and existing networks within the local travel trade.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple regional stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a distinct advantage.
- High level of digital literacy and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
