- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand MAS-licensed asset management services in Singapore
- Identify and cultivate relationships with financial institutions, brokers, and high-net-worth clients
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and portfolio expansion
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities in FinTech/brokerage
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance digital asset management offerings
- Prepare comprehensive business development reports and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management within asset management/FinTech
- Strong network and relationships within Singapore's financial services sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Deep understanding of MAS regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools
