Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of channel partners to increase market share and solution adoption.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new B2B business opportunities within the IT distribution sector.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance, identify gaps, and implement growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to roll out channel-enablement programs.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and market intelligence reports to senior management.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current IT market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B business development or channel management within the IT distribution or hardware/software industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of channel sales models, distribution networks, and partner ecosystems.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced MNC environment.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a focus on consultative selling.
