In this pivotal role, you will be the face of RedDoorz, identifying and onboarding strategic hotel partners to our platform. You will be instrumental in reshaping the local hospitality landscape by leveraging our cutting-edge technology to drive occupancy rates and revenue for property owners. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, scout, and acquire new property partners (hotels/guesthouses) in the Batam region to join the RedDoorz network.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective business development strategies.
- Negotiate partnership contracts and commercial terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Conduct regular property visits to ensure quality standards and branding compliance are met.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to optimize property performance and visibility.
- Prepare regular sales pipeline reports and revenue forecasts for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in hospitality, OTA, or property management sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Batam local market and hotel industry landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace suite.
- Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle for market travel.
