- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Sumatera region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in sales or business development roles
- Proven track record in relationship building and client acquisition
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making ability
- Experience in FMCG or dairy industry preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
