Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand client base and revenue in brand activation and trade marketing.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from brief to execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the FMCG sector.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects through effective sales pitches and proposals.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and logistics teams to align program elements with client objectives.
- Monitor project performance, analyze data, and provide insights-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, brand activation, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Experience in the Philippine FMCG industry is highly desirable.
