Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect new SME clients within the East region to grow the business banking portfolio.
- Analyze financial statements and business models to recommend tailored credit and financing solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach and pitch to successful deal closure and onboarding.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitive offerings to provide insightful advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal credit and risk departments to ensure smooth application processing and compliance.
- Conduct regular client visits and networking activities to strengthen market presence.
- Deliver exceptional service standards to drive client retention and generate referral business.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within banking, lending, or financial services.
- Solid understanding of SME lending products, credit assessment, and general banking operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse business owners.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for lead management and reporting.
