Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the corporate, institutional, and event catering sectors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and departmental revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, procurement managers, and event planners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure profitability while meeting client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B business development, ideally within the Catering, Events, or Hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore corporate hospitality landscape and institutional dining needs.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
