- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the Cebu region.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Present AIA insurance products and financial solutions tailored to meet client needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts to track progress against goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license is a plus.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
