In this key position, you will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, leveraging your deep understanding of ERP solutions to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for SAP/ERP solutions
- Lead the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting and needs assessment to proposal development and contract negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution offerings meet client requirements
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and achievement of quarterly/annual targets
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles
- Proven expertise in selling SAP/ERP solutions or enterprise software
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in the Cebu market or similar business environment preferred
