Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the chemical distribution and manufacturing sectors.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic business plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of existing accounts by providing technical solutions and exceptional service.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to key stakeholders and potential clients.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure product alignment with specific customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to maximize profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular progress reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development specifically within the chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of chemical product applications and market dynamics in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to travel as required to visit client sites and industry events.
- Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professional business acumen.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
