Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the chemical distribution and manufacturing sectors.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic business plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of existing accounts by providing technical solutions and exceptional service.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to key stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure product alignment with specific customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to maximize profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular progress reports to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development specifically within the chemical industry.
  • Strong understanding of chemical product applications and market dynamics in Indonesia.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Ability to travel as required to visit client sites and industry events.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professional business acumen.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
