Are you a high-performing sales professional with a deep understanding of the civil engineering landscape? We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Bandar Puteri Puchong. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy by building and maintaining robust relationships with key industry stakeholders.
In this position, you will be responsible for expanding our market footprint by focusing your efforts on direct sales to main contractors, specialized engineering firms, and distributors. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can navigate complex sales cycles, identify untapped market opportunities, and deliver technical solutions that add value to high-scale civil engineering projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the civil engineering and construction sectors.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with main contractors, engineering specialists, and distributors.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and technical demonstrations of our products to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure client requirements are met throughout the tender and delivery phases.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage in the region.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in technical sales or business development within the construction/engineering industry.
- Strong existing network among main contractors and distributors in Malaysia is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
