Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the commercial and residential cleaning sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and site visits to convert leads into long-term contracts.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signing and client onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with property managers, facility heads, and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client requirements are met with high-quality service standards.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to identify emerging trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in facilities management or cleaning services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional presentation skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for client visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
