Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the commercial vehicle sector.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships within the target market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and potential clients.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts to secure business agreements.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the automotive, commercial vehicles, or energy sector.
- Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle market and charging infrastructure solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
