Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in Contract Logistics and Freight Forwarding across diverse industry verticals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed aggressive revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct professional presentations, tender management, and contract negotiations to secure new accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery for new clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline within the CRM system for management reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of business development or sales experience specifically within the logistics/freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including warehousing and international freight.
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing corporate accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in English; ability to communicate in other languages is a plus for regional coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing, fast-paced team.
