Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the contract logistics and freight forwarding sectors.
- Engage and build relationships with senior decision-makers and C-suite executives at prospective client organizations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Design tailored supply chain solutions that address complex customer logistics requirements.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial cold calling and prospecting to tender management and contract negotiation.
- Provide regular sales forecasting and market analysis to senior management to influence business development tactics.
- Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new client accounts.
Kualifikasi
- 7-10 years of experience in hunter-focused sales roles within the freight forwarding or contract logistics industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving consistent sales growth and winning high-value accounts.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to engage senior management.
- In-depth knowledge of global freight forwarding, supply chain management, and logistics operations.
- Strong professional network within the logistics sector in Singapore.
