Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the contract logistics and freight forwarding sectors.
  • Engage and build relationships with senior decision-makers and C-suite executives at prospective client organizations.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Design tailored supply chain solutions that address complex customer logistics requirements.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial cold calling and prospecting to tender management and contract negotiation.
  • Provide regular sales forecasting and market analysis to senior management to influence business development tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new client accounts.

Kualifikasi

  • 7-10 years of experience in hunter-focused sales roles within the freight forwarding or contract logistics industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving consistent sales growth and winning high-value accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to engage senior management.
  • In-depth knowledge of global freight forwarding, supply chain management, and logistics operations.
  • Strong professional network within the logistics sector in Singapore.
