- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for EaaS cooling solutions in commercial and industrial sectors
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market analysis and lead generation
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to customize cooling solutions for client needs
- Prepare compelling proposals, financial models, and ROI analyses for EaaS projects
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Drive contract negotiations and manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospect to closure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development within energy or HVAC sector
- Proven track record in selling EaaS or subscription-based energy solutions
- Strong knowledge of commercial cooling systems and energy efficiency technologies
- Experience developing and maintaining strategic client relationships in Singapore market
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to create financial models and business cases
- Certifications in energy management or sustainable practices (e.g., LEED, GBCS) preferred
