- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market presence in Sarawak
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Present and demonstrate Schneider Electric's products and solutions to potential clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform business strategies
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of energy management, automation, or related industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of Sarawak market and business environment is advantageous
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
