- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the energy technology sector, focusing on high voltage transformers and substation technologies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Monitor market conditions and provide insights to inform business strategy adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the energy technology sector
- Strong knowledge of high voltage transformer technology and substation systems
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
