Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets for Engineering Consulting services.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new market opportunities within the energy and environment sectors.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential partners.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and growth areas.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to propose tailored solutions that meet client specifications.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales within the engineering or energy consulting industry.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding market share.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
