Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in business development or sales role
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience in interior design or B2B sales preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
