- Identify and prospect new business leads within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our client base.
- Engage and build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and proposal submission to final contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasting, pipeline management, and market intelligence reports to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- 7-10 years of proven success in B2B hunter sales, specifically within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Deep understanding of global supply chain, logistics solutions, and freight pricing structures.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior-level management.
- Strong existing professional network within the shipping, logistics, or distribution sectors in Singapore.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales KPIs.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and navigate organizational hierarchies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard sales reporting tools.
