Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new client prospects in the freight forwarding industry
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with shippers, carriers, and logistics partners
- Prepare and present customized freight solutions to meet client needs
- Conduct market research to identify emerging logistics trends and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with commercial clients
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track sales performance against KPIs and commission targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets with commission structures
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and international shipping
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
