- Develop and execute comprehensive GT channel strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and traditional retailers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify expansion opportunities
- Design and implement trade marketing programs aligned with brand objectives
- Conduct regular territory assessments and sales forecasting for GT channels
- Collaborate with supply chain to ensure optimal inventory distribution across trade partners
- Train and empower trade partners on product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in B2B sales/distribution with GT channel experience
- Proven track record of developing new trade partnerships and distribution networks
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen for trade agreements
- Deep understanding of Malaysian retail landscape (modern and traditional trade)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market data
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
