Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies for GET and HAT product lines in the Indonesian market
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships across mining, construction, and infrastructure sectors
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform strategic planning
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and sales collateral
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, contracts, and presentations to key stakeholders
- Track and report on sales pipeline, KPIs, and market performance metrics
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles
- Proven track record in mining, construction equipment, or industrial tool sales
- Strong understanding of Ground Engaging Tools (GET) and Hand-Arm Tools (HAT) applications
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages advantageous
