Are you ready to spearhead the evolution of Web3 finance? Fomo Pay Pte Ltd is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the heart of the Central Region. As a key player in the FOMO Group, you will be at the forefront of the digital asset revolution, driving B2B growth across our global remittance, stablecoin infrastructure, and Real-World Asset (RWA) listings.

In this high-impact role, you will navigate the complex intersection of traditional finance and blockchain technology. You will be responsible for identifying strategic partnerships, onboarding institutional clients, and expanding our footprint in the fast-paced payments ecosystem. If you are a visionary salesperson with a passion for fintech and a drive to build scalable financial solutions, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new B2B institutional clients and strategic partners within the global remittance and payment sectors.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach and pitch presentations to contract negotiation and final closing.
  • Promote FOMO Group's suite of digital asset solutions, including stablecoin integration and RWA platform listings.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats within the Web3 and financial services landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with internal product and compliance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and adherence to global financial regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, Web3 summits, and high-level networking events to elevate brand presence.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and account growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B business development, preferably within fintech, digital assets, or payment solutions.
  • Deep understanding of global remittance flows, cross-border payments, and blockchain technology (Web3).
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and manage relationships with enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Experience in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) financial markets is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with shifting priorities.
