Tanggung Jawab
- Drive international sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in key markets such as China, Korea, Spain, France, Vietnam, and Thailand.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
- Effectively present products or services to potential clients, demonstrating value and addressing specific needs.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Mandarin, Korean, Spanish, French, Vietnamese, or Thai) is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close business deals successfully.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
