Since 2010, we have established a dominant presence across Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore, and we are now seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the southern region.

As our Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our market penetration strategies. You will work with a world-class team, leveraging our reputation for excellence to build long-term partnerships and unlock new business opportunities. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share in the Johor Bahru region.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through aggressive networking, market research, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and high-level presentations to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development or B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian business landscape with a focus on Johor markets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Professional fluency in English and Malay (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
