Our presence spans across KL, JB, Penang, Ipoh, and beyond. We are seeking a strategic thinker who can drive our sales initiatives and expand our market reach.
In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing high-impact sales strategies tailored to the Malaysian market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in the Johor Bahru region.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with brand campaigns.
- Represent JESS Technology at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the Malaysian market.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Passion for technology and market expansion.
